Marat Sarulu

Film Director, Kyrgyzstan Chairman of the Jury.

Born in 1957 in Kyrgyzstan, Saulu graduated from the National State University, and from Film Academy in Moscow in 1984. Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic ,named after . Toktogul ,in 2006 he was honored as an Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Member of the Family Code and CSC CIS and Baltic countries. Multiple winner of international film festivals. Among his films are : Song of the South Seas (2008), The stormy river, serene Sea (2004), The Rise (2002), My brother, Silk Road, Altyn Kyrgool (2001), Mandala (1998) and others.

Vasily Melnik

Producer, Lativia

From 2008-2010 he studied at the Higher Producer Course, and at the workshops of Alexander Rodnyansky in Moscow. He is General Producer of the International "Movies and Music"  Film Festival as well as the "Ecology of Soul" Film Forum in Latvia.

George Ovashvili

Film Director/Producer,Georgia

In 1996 he graduated from the Department of Cinematography at Georgian State Institute of Cinema and Theatre. In 2006 he graduated from the Directing Courses New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in Hollywood. His amazing feature short fims have won several awards at various international film festivals, including Eye level (Mzeris Doneze ), which took home the the prize at the New York Film Academy at the International Film Festival in Berlin in 2005, as well as the Special Prize at International Film Festival in Odessa in Denmark, 2005. His full-length feature debut The Other Shore (2009) was screened in over  80 international film festivals and received 50 awards.

Guljan Nauryzbekova

Film Critic, Kazakhstan

Associate Professor of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after  T. Zhurgenov, Nauryzbekova is the Head of the History and Theory of Film Department, and a permanent member of the  "Shaken Stars" International Film Festival Selection Committee in Almaty. Author of Auezov and Cinema  (2000), and the multimedia textbook History of Kazakh Cinema (2002). The author and composer of educational development subject books such as History of Cinema in Central Asia, History of Kazakh Cinema, History of Cinema of the CIS Countires, The History of World Cinema and many others. For her contribution in   the promotionof the 1986 s events, Nauryzbekova was awarded an honorary diploma of the Kazakhstan Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic (1996).

Sergey Agnashkin

Film Critic, Russia

Born in 1965, Agnashkin graduated from VGIK film history faculty. Author of numerous articles published in popular magazines  such as "Cinema Art," "Session," "Tatlin," and also in  encyclopedias and scientific collections, Agnashkin is also a Member of the International  FIPRESCI Federation of Critics participating as a FIPRESCI jury at film festivals in Kiev, Moscow, Fribourg, Turin, Cairo. He was a member of the "Golden Aries" Expert Council Award, the editor of the Moscow International Film Festival catalog, and expert at   "Pacific Meridian"  festival in Vladivostok. Winner of the Film Critics Guild "Elephant" prize in Russia.  In 2007, Agnashkin filmed Toyuk about Steshe  documentary  in Yakutia. Today he lives in Yekaterinburg.
