Vladimir Fenchenko

Director/Screenwriter/Actor, Russia

Born in the Moscow region on March 11,1946, Fenchenko graduated from VGIK, workshop B.A.Altshuler in 1980. From 1987 to 1993 he worked as Deputy Chairman of the  Screen Moscow Film Club, also working as the Head Editor of Satire and Humor, Central Radio Film Director, Associate Professor of VGIK, and teacher at the Advanced Courses of Directors and Cinematographers (HCDC) and the Independent Film and Television School.

Murat Aliyev

Cinematographer, Kyrgyzstan

Director of the highest category of the National Film Studio KyrgyzfilmT.Okeev, Aliyev was born December 10, 1948 in Naryn city, Kyrgyz Republic. In 1979 he graduated from VGIK cinematpgraphy department. Aliyev is an active member of the Cinematographer Society  in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is officially an Honored Sevant of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vovnyanko is also the Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Born in 1942 in Alma-Ata, he graduated from VGIK, Cinematography Department in 1968

Alisa Khmelnitskaya

Director/Screenwriter, Russia

Born February 23, 1970 in St. Petersburg, Khmelnitskaya graduated from VGIK Film History Department, at the Advanced Courses of Script Writers and Directors, Workshop of V. Menchov.

Yalkyn Tuychiev

Director/Screenwriter, Uzbekistan

Tuychiev was born February 2, 1977. In 1994 he graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Arts named after M. Uygur. In 2000 he completed the Advanced Course of Scriptwriters and Directors in Moscow from the Scene Department. Honored as a Servant of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he is also a two-time winner of the Grand Prix of the Creative Flight Youth Festival.

Filmography:

Together with director Ayub Shahobiddinov created the  Tulips in the snow, Source("Perspective" Grand Prize in the 28th International Film Festival), The Dream, Teenager (Best Feature Film, Shaken Stars Festival, Nominated at the Film Shock Festival, Grand Prix at the  Pour Eveiller les
