Larissa Sadilova
Chairman of the Jury, Director, Russia
In 1986 Sadilova graduated from the acting department of VGIK (Gerasimov and T. Makarova). She debuted as an actress in 1984 in Leo Tolstoy, directed by Gerasimov and in1998 as a director in a black and white film Happy Birthday!. She has received numerous awards at festivals, including Kinotavr in Sochi, International Film Festival in Mannheim, Cottbus, Bratislava, as well as the prize of Georges Sadoul Cultural Foundation in France. She is the winner of the Film Shock Prize for Best Screenplay at the International Film Festival in Anapa, Tiger Prize at the International Film Festival in Rotterdam, the Top Prize at the International Film Festival in Brussels, for the With Love, Lilly (2003). In 2013, her film She won the Grand Prix for Best Feature Film at Window to Europe Festival in Vyborg, Prize for Directing, and Prize for Best Film of the Competition Program
Arthur Veber
Producer/Writer, Estonia
In 1988 Veber graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow. He has a Master of Fine Arts and is the organizer of the Week of National Cinematography in Tallinn, Estonia. Also the head of the KoreaFilm studio, specializing in the development of co-production film projects of the European Union and the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Far East.
His projects involved: Cinemart (Rotterdam, Netherlands), Busan Promotion Plan (Busan, Korea), GoEast Co-Production Market (Wiesbaden, Germany), Connecting Cottbus (Cottbus, Germany) etc., Awarded grants from Eurimages (European Union) fund, AsianCinema Fund (Korea), GlobalFilmInitiative( USA), and others.
The most significant projects in recent years:
Tangerines (2013, co-production of Georgia and Estonia, director Zaza Urushadze) awards at numerous international film festivals, nominated for Golden Globe and Oscar in 2015, author of the idea and Co-producer; House for Samal production, directed by Yalkin Tuichiev (Uzbekistan) Co-producer; and Little Tightrope Walker.
Ruben Erzinkyan
Director/Screenwriter, Armenia
Erzinkyan is a member of the Union of Theatrical figures in Armenia, member of the Confederation Union of Cinematographers, and a member of the Union of Armenian Cinema Friends. In 1980 he graduated from the Armenian State Pedagogical Institute (H. Abovyan) in the Department of Culture, Department of Directing. In 1983 he completed his postgraduate studies at Armenian State Pedagogical Institute (H. Abovyan).From 1984 to 1992 He worked as a director in Armenfilm. Since 1992 he has been working as Deputy Head at the Armenian State Pedagogical University (Abovyan).

Rustam Ahadov
Producer, Tajikistan
Born in Tajikistan in 1958. Ahadov is a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. He studied at the DGPI (Shevchenko) 1979. He studied in Saint Petersburg film director institute for two years. Also, a winner of the Nika Award for sound engineering for Moon Pope. He worked as a sound director until 1992 in Tajikfilm.

Temir Birnazarov
Director, Kyrgyzstan
Birnazarov has been a member of the Union of Cinematographers in Kyrgyzstan from 1988-1994. He graduated from the Directing Department of the Almaty Institute of Theatre and Cinema. Works include: Do Not Cry, rhino, Devil's Bridge, Zhaiyk, I'm waiting for you my love, Duty, Unknown route, Passion, A Streetcar Named Desire, and Karagul bot.
